Travel Bucks™ Terms and Conditions
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between David Saint and the Travel Companions regarding the purchase, accumulation and use of Travel Bucks™ as part of the David Saint Business Opportunity.
2. DEFINITION
2.1 Travel Bucks™: Virtual currency issued by David Saint to enable Travel Companions to afford the travel and lifestyle packages in the Travel Bag.
2.2 Travel Bag: The catalogue of luxury holiday and lifestyle packages offered by David Saint.
2.3 Travel Companion: A participant in the David Saint Business Opportunity who subscribes to the Travel Bucks™ program and signs up to the David Saint business opportunity.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Travel Bucks™ purchase is open to all South African citizens and residents who are 18 years of age or older, and who sign up to become David Saint Travel Companions. By participating in the program, you confirm that all information you provide during registration is accurate and up-to-date.
4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 By participating in the Travel Bucks™ program participants also sign up to David Saint Business Opportunity to become Travel Companions.
4.2 Participants (Travel Companions) must select a Travel Bucks™ plan and pay a corresponding monthly subscription fee (Travel Bucks™ Fee) by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or ATM deposit into David Saint’s designated bank account.
4.3 Payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR).
4.4 Participants are responsible for any bank charges incurred during payment.
5.TRAVEL BUCKS™ ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
5.1 Travel Bucks™ are credited monthly in the Travel Companion’s account upon receipt of the subscription fee.
5.2 No Travel Bucks™ will be credited if the Travel Bucks™ Fee is unpaid by the due date.
5.3 Account balances and transactions are accessible via a monthly statement.
6. DUE DATE AND NON-PAYMENT
6.1 Travel Bucks™ Fee is due each month by the 7th of the following month.
6.2 Failure to make payments by the due date will result in no Travel Bucks™ being credited to the participant’s account for that month.
6.3 David Saint reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Travel Bucks™ account if payments are missed for three (3) consecutive months.
7. TRAVEL BUCKS™ ACCUMULATION AND USE
7.1 Travel Bucks™ accumulate monthly in the individual Travel Companion’s account based on the Travel Bucks™ Plan selected.
7.2 Travel Bucks™ can only be redeemed for holiday and lifestyle packages listed in the Travel Bag.
7.3 Travel Bucks™ have no monetary value and cannot be converted to cash or exchanged for any other products or services outside of the Travel Bag.
7.4 Redemption of Travel Bucks™ is subject to the availability of the packages at the time of booking.
8. ACCOUNT TRANSPARENCY AND REPORTING
8.1 Travel Bucks™ account include a detailed monthly statement showing all transactions, including opening and closing balances, travel packages bookings and any payments received or missed.
9. NON-TRANSFERABILITY
9.1 Travel Bucks™ cannot be transferred, sold, gifted or assigned to any other person or third party under any circumstances.
10. CANCELATION AND EXPIRY
10.1 Should Travel Bucks™ subscription be cancelled for any reason, the balance in the Travel Bucks™ account must be used to book packages listed in the Travel Bag within twelve (12) months from the date of cancellation.
10.2 After twelve (12) months, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
10.3 Participants may reactivate their subscription during this period to avoid forfeiture of unused Travel Bucks™.
10.4 Travel Bucks™ subscription cancellation also implies that the participant is also cancelling their membership in the David Saint Business Opportunity.
11. INSUFFICIENT TRAVEL BUCKS™
11.1 Should, after cancellation of the Travel Bucks™ subscription, the balance in the Travel Bucks™ account be insufficient to cover the Travel Bucks™ required for a particular package, the difference should be paid in cash.
11.2 David Saint will provide a detailed breakdown of the required payment.
12. TRUST FUND SAFEGUARDS
12.1 All subscription payments and Travel Bucks™ Plus are held in the Travel Bucks™ Trust Account.
12.2 Trustees are responsible for managing funds in accordance with trust laws and ensuring their appropriate use.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1 Any dispute regarding the Travel Bucks™ program must be submitted in writing to David Saint customer care by email at care@davidsaint.africa.
13.2 If unresolved, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with South African law.
14. GENERAL PROVISIONS
14.1 David Saint reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Travel Bucks™ program at any time, with thirty (30) days notice to participants.
14.2 Any unused Travel Bucks™ will remain valid for twelve months from date of notice.
14.3 Continued participation in the Travel Bucks™ program constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
